A purpose-built edge gateway (Raspberry Pi 5 industrial hardened) mounted in every site. Reads Sol-Ark Modbus registers, BMS cell data, temperatures, and external sensors. Streams to the cloud via encrypted tunnel. Continues local operation if the cloud link drops.
AEGIS Command Center
The cloud platform. Real-time dashboards, historical storage, alert routing, Storm Mode automation, remote diagnostics, OTA firmware updates, and multi-site fleet management. Access via any browser on any device — no app store required.

Custom load monitoring hardware. 16-channel CT measurement at 24-bit precision, sub-second resolution on every circuit, FFT harmonic analysis, and BLE + Ethernet + MQTT connectivity. Ships inside every Guardian enclosure going forward.

Energy monitoring systems are high-value targets. A compromised monitoring platform could leak load profiles, occupancy patterns, and critical infrastructure data. We designed the Command Center security architecture with that threat model in front of us.
TLS 1.3 Everywhere
Every connection between AEGIS Brain, the Command Center, your browser, and our internal services uses TLS 1.3 with certificate pinning. No plaintext traffic, anywhere.
bcrypt + JWT Auth
Passwords are bcrypt-hashed with strong work factor. Sessions use signed JWT tokens with short expiration. Admin access requires 7-tier RBAC authorization.
Encrypted Tunnels
Every AEGIS Brain connects via reverse SSH tunnel to our infrastructure. No inbound ports exposed on-site. Compromised cloud doesn't mean compromised site.
Air-Gap Modes
For federal and high-security customers: AEGIS Brain can operate in air-gapped mode with local-only dashboards. Cloud sync disabled, SCIF-compatible deployment available.
No Third-Party Analytics
We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, or third-party trackers on the Command Center. Your load profile belongs to you. Full stop.
US-Based Infrastructure
All servers and data storage reside on US soil. No foreign-nationals in the engineering chain of custody. Compliance with ITAR and federal procurement requirements.
