Future advancement

The direction is simple: more of the system designed and built by AEGIS in the United States, one layer at a time. Here is the order we are doing it in.

AEGIS roadmap

  1. 1

    The Shield line

    Available now

Home Shield 3.0, Shield 4.0 Commercial, Shield 6.0 and both battery modules, with CellSight and Sentinel Pro monitoring. American-engineered and U.S.-assembled in San Diego on Hithium lithium iron phosphate cells, which stay in production while everything below is developed.

  2. 2

    Power at facility scale

    Built to order

The 4.8 MWh Power Container and the Mobile Welding Power Unit, built to order for facilities, campuses, bases and jobsites.

    Systems

  3. 3

    AEGIS battery management

    In development

Titan™ cell boards, Zeus™ string controllers and the CC-1 communications card: AEGIS-designed electronics from the cell to the cloud.

  4. 4

    The AEGIS module line

    In development

The module box, harnesses and AEGIS BMS sold as their own U.S.-assembled line, built to take any cell that fits.

  5. 5

    Sodium-IronX™ cells

    In development

AEGIS's own sodium iron cell, designed for manufacture in the United States from abundant materials. Two 314 Ah designs are drawn: Gen1-314 (sodium iron phosphate-pyrophosphate, the launch design) and S14-314 (sodium iron sulfate, the upgrade). Either enters production only after it passes the same testing and certification as the cells shipping today.

What qualified partners see

Behind the NDA, each program has its own prototype pages, kept current by the AEGIS engineering team. Every page is watermarked to the viewer, and access is logged.

  • Board-level BMS pages for Titan, Zeus and CC-1: architecture, safety design and status.
  • The Sodium-IronX program: chemistry choices, cell designs and the path to U.S. production.
  • Power Container engineering: architecture, protection layers and deployment.
  • Documents and video shared by AEGIS, stamped to each viewer.
