Battery modules
One module box runs the whole line: 16 Hithium lithium iron phosphate cells, 16.1 kWh, 14-1/4 × 28-3/4 × 9-1/2 in. Wired in parallel it runs the Home Shield 3.0 at 48 V; wired in series it builds the 307 V and 614 V strings for the commercial systems and the Power Container.

Shield HV module
Available nowThe same 16.1 kWh box, the same sixteen Hithium cells, with front HV receptacles and a communication chain. It stacks in series: six for the Shield 4.0, twelve for the Shield 6.0, and 25 strings of twelve in the Power Container.

Nominal string voltages. Every high-voltage string has its own controller and contactors, and insulation on the battery bus is monitored.

Every module, 48 V or HV, carries the same certification basis before it goes into a cabinet or a container.

The AEGIS module line
We plan to sell the module box, the prefabricated harnesses and the AEGIS BMS as a U.S.-assembled line of their own, built to take any cell that fits the module space.
